4 months old

Reagan is 4 months old!!! Stats: 14 pounds and 5 ounces (50%) 23-1/2" (90%) What Reagan is doing now: Around oct 10th Reagan started talking, squeal ALOT. It is so much fun to watch and see how excited she gets. She definitely recognized us now. She loves to stand and wants to be in her exersaucer. She can move all the toys and reaches for everything. She also likes to put EVERYTHING in her mouth and if there is nothing around she will contantly have her fingers or thumb in her mouth. Reagan has had her first ear infection. She giggles when you kiss her tummy. She can roll over but not a fan and does not like to be on her tummy long. She eats 6 times a day about 5 oz. She arches her back when in the bumpo trying to get out. Again not a fan : ) She is also trying to sit up when lying down. She wants to see what is going on. She is so very happy and sweet. Always smiling when you look at her!! What we did this week: Memmy, Aunt Wanda, Uncle Gary, Grandma Boo, and Papa all came to visit the girls and meet Reagan for the first time. What a wonderful family we have!!!

3 Months

Reagan is 3 Months Old!

No stats, we dont go back to the doctor until she turns four months.

What we are doing now:
Smiling a lot.  You just look at her and she smiles.
Slept through the night at 10 weeks. Sleeps from about 10 to 7:30.
Sleeping in her crib! First night Oct 12. Wakes up in the morning smiling.
We had our last check up with orthopedics and Reagan is now brace free! Her hips are 100%
We had our first ear infection with fever one week before turning 4 months.
Loves to stand.
Does not cry at all unless she is ready to eat.
Does not care to be on her tummy.
Does roll over on her tummy only when she wants to.  She does not do it every time. first time on Oct3rd.
started sucking her thumb at 10 weeks.
Did not take a bottle until 12 weeks.
Really starting to coo.
Starting to like her activing mat.
We tried the bumpo and she seems to enjoy being able to sit up and see everything.
She will grab on to anything you put in front of her.
Started day care on Oct 9th.  The teachers love her : ) said she never cries and is so layed back.
Tried the exersauser on Oct 20th at school and she loves it.
She contantly has her fingers in her mouth.
First laugh on Oct 23!!  So much fun to listed to.
My absolute favorite thing right now is how happy she is to see you.  Everytime you look at her she smiles and it makes my hear melt!

What we did this week:
Grandma Boo and Papa came to visit. Papa and Daddy played in a golf tournament and we celebrated daddy's birthday.

Two Months

Reagan turned two months on Sept 2nd. Time is flying by! I forgot how much fun two months is. STATS: We had our two month well check up and Reagan is doing great. She is growing like a weed. She is 12 pounds 2 ounces and 23 inches long. 75% for everything. (Reese was 11 pounds and 23-3/4" long). She is now in her brace 16 hours a day until Sept 12th then down t

o 12 hours and then done!! Her hips are doing great and improving right on track. Nursing: Every two to three hours except at night. What she is doing now: She has always been alert but now she is awake more. Her first smile was around one month but she is smiling every time you talk to her now and sometimes on her own. She is starting to coo and talk back to us. She still likes taking baths and really only cries hard when she wants to eat (or gets her two month shots.....ouch). She is not thrilled with being on her tummy or on her activity mat. She loves to sit up and see everything that is going on. She loves to be rocked and listen to music. Lately we have been reading several books in Reese's bed and she really seems to like it. She is sleeping 6 to 7 hours at night(10-4:30/5) and then is always up around 7am. She is super happy in the morning and not as happy at night. Around 6pm she wants to be held the entire time and eat at least every 2 hours until she is down for the night at 10pm. She moves her arms and hands like crazy. she sucks on her hands as well. She has recently found her thumb and loves to suck on it. It is precious! She still will not take a bottle or paci. Day School Starts the first Monday in October. I am starting to get nervous that she wont ever take a bottle. What we did this week: Celebrated Daddy's bday. Went to go see Dora and Diego at the Mcswains Center Grandma Boo and Grandpa came the week before to escape from the hurrican and spend some time with their sweet grandbabies.

One Month Old

Reagan's one month check up. She weighed 9lbs 15 oz (75%), and was 21inches long (50%). She has a milk protein allergy just like her daddy. Her right hip is 100% and her left hip is improving and should be 100% soon. She is starting to smile and awake so much more these days. She still only cries when she is hungry which feels like all the time. I am nursing every two ours except at night. She is a great sleeper and sleeps 4 to 6 hours at night. Thanks goodness. She still grunts alot and makes a ton of noises : ) Sometimes you think she is crying but she is sound asleep. Reagan can now hold her hands together and moves her arms alot. I can't figure out if she likes to have her hands free when she sleeps or not. I am thinking yes. The only problem is she scratches her face with her nails. Reese is having a great time with Reagn and is now trying to pick her up out of her bouncy chair : ). The other day Reese said "I want to share rooms with baby Reagan" and " I like to share with Reagan." Reese is a wonderful big sister and such a big help. She helps put lotion on baby Reagan and is still in charge of diapers and toys. Reese also cheers for Reagan when she grabs a hold of her toys. Reese is also turning on lights for Reagan because she sees how Reagan watches them. She also makes sure Reagan has music on and a toy where ever she goes. When Reagan starts to cry, Reese says "Its okay, mommy is coming." It is going to be so much fun watching them grow up together! This past week we went down to Grandma Boos and Papa house and had a ball. The girls did absolutely wonderful in the car to and from. Reagan got to be held and loved on a lot. Reese and mommy got to spend some quality time together getting shells on the beach, swimming, and playing. These girls are beyond blessed to have such wonderful grandparents. Reese and Reagan also went shopping and Reese got to ride the merry go round. Which is her absolute favorite. She also got to play on the playground and ride a car ride which she was not so thrilled about. Reagan slept!!

REAGAN GRACE ROBINSON

Sweet baby Reagan Grace was born on July 2nd at 7:15. She weighed 8 pounds 4 ounces and was 20-1/2 inches long. (only a little bigger and little longer then her big sis Reese). She was breached and we had another c-section. Everything went great! Reagan does have mild hip displasia from being breached and in such a tight little ball in my tummy. She has to wear a little harnest for 6 weeks or so to make sure her hips are deep in their socket. Doctors say she should be 100% soon and their will be no delays in activties or development. Apparently this is pretty common in baby girl breached babies.

Reagan is such a sweet baby. She is sleeping alot and thankfully have a couple of long naps during the night. She is also eating alot and I am trying my hardest to keep up with nursing. Every one to 4 hours....... She was back at her birth weight on her one week check up : ) She smiles alot while she is sleeping or about to fall asleep and makes the sweetest facial expressions. She is also very loud and grunts all the time. Daddy wears ear plugs at night : ) From day one Reagan has been trying to hold her head up and getter stronger each day. At 3 weeks she is more alert and loves to look at lights. We actually keep a night light on for her in her crib because it seems to sooth her. She also loves music. She is starting to focus more and will follow your head when you move it. She is not a big crier, only when she is hungry (just like her big sis). Reese has been amazing as a big sister. She kisses all over Reagan and wants to hold her all the time. She was facinated with Reagan's dark hair and would proudly show everyone. She loves to give Reagan ALL her toys and put a blanket on her. She helps brush her hair and change her diapers. It is going to be so much fun watching these two girls grow up together!! We are beyond blessed and so very proud of our two baby girls.
